The Truth Sweep Lock (Latch ) stamped 40381 is our Wi1719, Truth Entrygard II Sweep Lock 17.19. We find the number 40381 stamped on bottom of the sweep lock, on the piece of steel. The hole spacing on this lock is 2-1/16″, with an overall width of 2-9/16″. The height is .844″, and the locking lever length is 1-5/8″. We stock these in White and Bronze (brown).
