This kit comes with a 3″ x 3″ stainless steel mounting plate to cover the old holes and a coat hook and bumper. The bumper projects out 3″, and is also known as the 4113 or 4003 Coat Hook and Bumper. The one way screws are included in this package. This kit is also known as the 115523.
