Toilet Partition Concealed Latches are great when they work, but are tricky to replace.  There are three things you can do when you need to replace them, they are listed below:
1.  Replace your existing concealed latch with the same latch.  If you know the manufacturer, then you could go to our website  and then go under “Toilet Partition Hardware by Manufacturer” and choose your latch.

2.  Replace your existing concealed latch with the same latch.  To do this, break your existing concealed latch apart.  On the back of the casting you will probably find casting numbers, then you should be able to do a search on our website for that casting number.   If it is not found on our web site, then call us @ 1-800-642-2403 and we will try and figure it out.

3.  Replace your existing latch with a concealed latch Fix-it-Kit.  They can be ordered on our website.

We now have a Toilet Partition Stall Concealed Latch section on our website, you can see all 41+ concealed latches we offer.
