Sargent 1131 Door Closer – Heavy Duty Universal Closer

The Sargent 1131 Door Closer is a Heavy Duty Universal Closer.   By universal we mean it can be mounted on Left or Right Hand doors, Push or Pull side of the door and also Top Jamb.  The door closer features high strength cast aluminum case with a heat treated high tensile spring.  It also features adjustable closing, latching and back check valves.  The valves are captivated to prohibit vandalism.  This is an ideal door closer for Hotel guest rooms, assisted living centers, public housing, store fronts and office buildings.  The Sargent 1131 Door Closer comes standard with a regular and parallel arm bracket, and has a 10 year warranty.  This closer is rated Grade 1 by ANSI.
